MEMBERS MEETING MINUTES........
1 - Q, When is the bell on the second hole going to be put in?
A, It is already in place, we may need to change the triangle (bell) to a big normal bell so it can be heard clearly on the tee.
2 - Q, Can we have a captains bunker sign put in the bunker on the right side of the first green?
A, Yes, The sign will go in this week and players who go in the bunker will be asked to pay 50p to charity (box in Pro Shop)
3 - Q, Can the trees on the left of the 2nd hole be trimmed around the bottom (low branches)?
A, I will ask the green keepers to look into trimming the trees.
4 - Q, Can we find a way to allow juniors to play in the Men's Majors without disrupting or upsetting other players?
A, We are going to adopt the following idea. 3 or 4 adults will need to forward themselves to play with up to 3 juniors. This will allow the rest of the field to play with adults. Only juniors with a handicap of 24 or less can enter. Players with a handicap of 25 or more can ask Bill Chapman for special permission to play.
