Oaks Pavilion

The Oaks Pavilion is made up of The Terrace Room and The Acorns Room, providing the flexibility to hire the space as one large venue or as two separate rooms for smaller meetings and events. Together, the Pavilion can accommodate over 200 delegates and is equipped with modern conferencing technology, including a 65” TV screen. Contemporary décor, natural daylight and air conditioning create a comfortable and productive environment throughout.

With a private entrance, exclusive terrace overlooking the golf course, free on-site parking, disabled access and dedicated event specialists to support you from planning through to delivery, every detail is taken care of.

Terrace Room

Versatile & dynamic, this space seamlessly transitions from professional meetings to corporate gatherings. Complete with a private patio, it offers an ideal setting for enjoying the warmer seasons and hosting summer BBQs.

Acorns Room

This flexible and adaptable space is tailored to suit both meetings and exclusive corporate gatherings. Proudly featuring a private bar and generous accommodation, it provides the ideal setting for corporate events and private functions.

The Foyer

With your own private entrance this area is the perfect welcome for all your guests. Fitted with a cloakroom, Private washroom facilities and even extra lounge style seating; this area can even be used as a breakout space.

The Oaks Pavilion Coorparate Events venue at Rivenhall Oaks Golf Centre in Essex is conveniently located just off of the A12, on the outskirts of Witham.

Colchester and Chelmsford are just a 20-minute drive away and London Liverpool Street station is a 45-minute train journey.
